Refund & Returns Policy

provide high-quality FMCG products including soaps, detergents, and daily
essential items. This Refund & Returns Policy explains the conditions under
which returns, replacements, or refunds are accepted.
1. Eligibility for Returns
- Products must be returned within 3 days of delivery
- Items must be unused, unopened, and in original packaging
- Damaged items are eligible for replacement or refund
- Proof of purchase (order ID or invoice) is required
2. Non-Returnable Items
Due to hygiene and safety reasons, the following items cannot be returned:
- Opened or used soaps, detergents, or cleaning products
- Products damaged due to customer mishandling
- Items purchased during clearance or special sale events
Please inspect your order at the time of delivery.
If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, contact us within
24 hours for quick resolution.
3. Refund Process
Once your return request is approved and the product is received and
inspected, we will initiate the refund.
- Refunds are processed within 5–7 business days
- Amount will be credited to the original payment method
- Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the error is from our side
4. Replacement Policy
If you receive a defective product, we offer a replacement at no
additional cost. Replacement delivery timelines may vary depending on
product availability and location.
5. Cancellation Policy
Orders can be cancelled only before they are shipped.
Once dispatched, cancellation requests will not be accepted.
